NYE in SD

I only had one night back at home before I was packing and on the road again. This time it was for SD instead of SF. I was also staying at my parents' place over the holidays so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth. So I was pretty much living out of a suitcase for 2 weeks. It was nice being able to do absolutely nothing for one day before hitting the road again.

I like to travel to other places for New Years Eve just because I can and because it's so much fun seeing different cities. 2008 NYE was in New York, 2009 was in Las Vegas, and 2010 was in LA. This year, 2011, it was SD. For 2012, I wanna go to SF!

It was such a beautiful weekend in San Diego, I absolutely loved it. It was shorts and flip flop type weather, in December? Aah, only in SoCal! We spent the first part of the day eating at this awesome BBQ place...aaah. So yummy!

And the second part of the night, we spent walking around the Gaslamp district, waiting to meet up with Kevin's cousins and friends. Once we met up with them, it was non stop fun after that! :)

Goodbye 2011, HELLO 2012!! 

The next day, the first day of 2012, was spent in a tank top and jeans as we had breakfast at this popular spot in PB. And let me tell you, ehhh, don't ever need to go back for any reason! We said our goodbyes to Kevin's cousin and made our way back home, but not before stopping at my favorite cupcake place, Sprinkles. 

I'm hoping to go to San Francisco to ring in the new year! Who wants to join me?!
